I’ve picked a training plan called Build me up, which is so far so good. It pushes me thru my paces and keeps me motivated.

I’m monitoring my progress via Training Peaks, which is kind of a dream platform if you like to analyse data. For public purpose, I keep a Strava account where you can follow my activity if you’d like to.
